Upon your arrival if you have fever, symptoms of COVID-19 or have had contact with patients with possible COVID-19 we ask that you reschedule for a later date. At this time we will not allow any extra person in waiting room.After each patient the room & all areas of contact will be sanitized.We ask that each patient please stay in vehicle until you are notified we are ready for you.You will be asked to use hand sanitizer or wash hands after entering room. If you have a mask we ask that you wear it. If you do not have a mask a disposable mask will be provided for you.Thanks in advance to all of our patients for helping us keep each other safe.
